Made from high-strength aluminum alloys, the JGUN is lightweight but yet extremely resistant to damage.
The gears and output shaft are composed of the highest quality materials ensuring superior performance and durability!
High Speed Rundown & Final Torque
The JGUN dual speed gun provides the speed and conveniences of an impact wrench without its noise, vibration and load variation.
Its twin torque mechanism has a first stage for used for nut rundown and removal at an amazing 1400 RPM’s!
The second stage is used for applying the final torque (or stretch with the LoaDisc or Clamp) to the bolt.
Stretch-To-Load Bolting Technology
The JGUN is true, multifunctional air gun. The ergonomic, all application fit design and supplied coaxial drive reaction arm for the JGUN ensures that conventional/standard torque applications are easily addressed.
But why bother with a reaction arm at all? With the LoaDisc system, reaction arms and back up wrenches are eliminated and friction is controlled to allow for accurate torque-to-bolt load conversion.
With the Clamp mechanical tension bolt load accuracy is guaranteed to within 5% side load and torsion free!
